Visions Art Center opened in 2021, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for artists, art lovers and creative people of all types. Here, you can discover work by local and international artists, create your own art, or just relax and enjoy our amenities and ambience, between visits to nearby Pacific beaches and many other attractions of the Guanacaste region.

Join our art classes for personalized expert art instruction in painting, drawing or sculpture at beginning, intermediate or advanced levels. Our courses run on consecutive days for either one or two weeks, five days per week, for either two or three hours each (depending on the medium), with free time outside that schedule. You can sign up for a course with or without on-site accommodation.
COVID-19 Prevention Practices
We're fully vaccinated. However, we don't require our guests to be vaccinated.
We no longer require our guests or visitors to wear masks. Much of our space is open to the outdoors, and our spaces are uncrowded. Of course you're welcome to wear a mask if you prefer.
Costa Rica Entry Requirements
Costa Rica has ended its requirement for visitors to complete an online health questionnaire before their arrival. Visitors don't have to be vaccinated and don't have to have insurance coverage for Covid-related quarantine or emergency health care. However, visitors from certain countries need to have an approved Visa before arriving in Costa Rica.
