Now Bigger, Better, and Closer to the Beaches of Guanacaste!
To offer an even wider selection of art by a larger group of artists and to increase our visibility in Guanacaste, we've just moved our gallery from Liberia to a much larger space in Santa Ana de Belén. We're now three kilometres (two miles) west of Route 21 in Belén, on Route 155 leading towards Tamarindo, Flamingo and other nearby beaches.
Our new location on the site of the former Restaurant El K-Pi (pronounced ka-pi) is familiar to many residents and visitors to this area, thanks to the small yellow airplane that sits on the property.
Visions Gallery is now the largest commercial gallery of contemporary original Costa Rican art in the region and one of the largest in all of Costa Rica, but there's more to come! Our vision is to create an "Oasis of Art" in the heart of Guanacaste. In addition to presenting ongoing exhibits in our expansive main gallery, we're going to offer a variety of outdoor events including art fairs and an arts market.
Our Opening Reception
We're planning to hold an opening reception in January, with special guests and complementary refreshments! If you'd like to come and meet our artists, please register by email here. We'll send you an RSVP invitation with the date and time!
